International orders ship twice a week with FedEx (flat-packed in multiple boxes). Bigger furniture ships in Europe as freight (eco-pallet shipment).

Being architects and designers, we find the way furniture is set up very important. I confess, my husband hates the huge amount of screws most of the companies send you to build the furniture. The assembly takes a massive amount of time, and you need to be pretty handy to figure out what’s what.
This frustration drove us to make the assembly of Rafa-kids furniture stand out from the crowd and not go for cheap and old-fashioned solutions.

And that’s why we believe it is essential to get your kids involved and ask them to help. Do you know any child who would not be interested in building their bed or wardrobe? I doubt! But what’s the system? what makes the assembly so much easier?
The secret is NO SCREWS for you!
Our team at the factory takes care of it for you. They install the connectors inside the wooden panels, so-called: pre-assembly.
All this so that you’ll not have to deal with hundreds of screws and mind-bogging assembly manuals! You simply knock the elements together.
Pre-assembling the connectors costs much more production time and effort than you can imagine. Piece by piece, our team of superwomen installs the connectors by hand. We take this effort at the factory, so you don’t have to do it at home. You are left only with the best bits!
