Do you like the idea of using the same furniture for different purposes? As parents we sometimes complain that kids grow so fast. Which means we not only would want to keep them small and cute forever but need to get them a new pair of shoes every few months! ;-)If we think about children’s furniture, it would be good to have products which grow with the needs of a child.
This brought me to an idea to show you our Rafa-kids B bench in a different way. Forget about the bench for a moment – what do you think about using it as a first play table for your toddler? The hight is just perfect to put toys on it and play. Hold it to stand correctly is a little extra for the kiddos! The simple design of this furniture and its sturdiness makes it so easy to keep it for later and use around the house for other purposes. The cute Luca on the pictures is not even two years old, so the bench is still too big for him to sit on! But just in a few years, he will be ready, and it will be perfect next to his bed as a side table, or a bench next to his first desk.
There is so many things you need to deal with when you live in one space with your siblings but as a long-term solution, I think room-sharing is something to be grateful for in life rather than try to avoid it.
Children wardrobe is sadly almost always this bulky piece collecting dust in the corner of a room. We wanted to create something not only functional but also looking great and above all to be sure children will use it with joy!
I’m always excited when I see stylish houses which also show children’s rooms. They should be part of our houses and deserve our attention too. This beautiful home of Sarah Pickersgill-Brown, and her family is a fantastic example of that!
