Are the products shipped together?
Yes, we ship all our furniture and accessories from our warehouse in Poland. As long as we haven’t shipped your order, you can add anything, and we will combine all your products in one shipment.
If your selected furniture has different shipping times, we ship your order once all items are ready to reduce packaging waste and deliver more sustainably.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
Professional Furniture Courier: We will inform you when your order is scheduled for pick-up from our factory. Instead of providing a tracking link, the courier will contact you via email or SMS with a proposed delivery date. Once you confirm, we will oversee the transit and send you a reminder two days before the scheduled delivery. Additionally, the courier will call you in advance on the day of delivery to ensure a smooth handover.
Freight shipment: You will receive a tracking link from us on the day we ship your order. Additionally, the carrier will contact you with a few possible delivery dates from which you can choose.
FedEx: Once we ship your order, we will send you the tracking link. With this link, you can follow updates on your parcels and their current location.
Is it possible to arrange the delivery for a specific date?
Our Professional Furniture Courier and pallet shipments are always delivered after your agreed-upon date. Are you moving into a new home or going on vacation? Please email us for more information on the delivery times.

How can I return my order?
We offer 90-day free returns from countries eligible for free shipping—no questions asked.
Ordering furniture online can be tricky, but don’t worry—our pieces look even better in real life! If anything isn’t right, just contact us. We’ll send replacement parts or find the best solution to make sure your furniture is perfect.

How can I change my order?
Take your time before placing your order—our furniture is often 100kg+ heavy, and shipping is work-intensive and costly. We recommend carefully considering your choices, and we’re here to help! Contact us for advice on the right size or colour—we’d love to guide you in finding the perfect fit.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Adding or swapping an item before your order ships is simple and can be easily arranged.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Creating an account is an optional step, which allows you to save your details on our website so as to make your next purchase easier. However, it is not necessary for placing an order.
How do I know whether the item is currently in stock?
Next to each product, you will see an indicator whether the item is currently in stock. When the item is not in stock, you can contact us, or in most cases you can still place your order. Once your order has been received we will contact you about the waiting period and estimated shipping date.

Where are the Rafa-kids products made?
The designs are manufactured by a Polish company that has produced furniture for over 30 years and is thoroughly experienced with the highest quality products, such as for example Vitra furniture. We monitor the production on a daily basis and pay careful attention to every detail.
Are your products safe for children?
We care deeply for the health and safety of children who use our products and therefore we design the furniture following the EU safety standards, choosing only the highest-quality materials.
What materials are used for Rafa-kids products?
For our furniture we use birch plywood, which is sustainably sourced from Europe. Products are finished using non-toxic, water based Scandinavian lacquers.
How do I decide on which bed will fit my child best?
For the smallest ones from age 3, we suggest the R toddler bed. The F bunk bed is recommended for children from age 6. We also offer a larger A teen bed, which can fit both teenagers and adults.
How do I choose the best suitable desk for my kid?
We recommend our B table for children from age 3. The K desk is a full-sized desk, so it can be used both by children from age 6, and by teens or adults.
Where can I find the exact measurements for your products?
Under each product description, we provide all technical details, including the measurements and the materials used.
Do your beds come with a mattress?
We offer premium quality mattresses, cotton and linen sheets in our web shop, which perfectly fit our beds. However, they are not included in the price and you need to order them separately.
Do you offer side protection for your beds?
F&R beds are designed with built-in side protection. For the A teen beds we have designed a separate A bed rail to help make the bed safer and cosier for little ones.
Will standard-sized mattresses fit Rafa-kids beds?
The mattresses in our collection match the European Dutch size standards. You can find the exact measurements for the mattresses used for each bed here. For the best fit, we suggest our international customers order them from our webshop since mattress sizes vary between countries.
How are the products assembled, and what tools do I need?
Due to the smart design of our products, they can be put together very easily according to the provided instructions. Our furniture comes with built-in connectors, that can be easily assembled using the included tools.
How should I take care of the products?
We suggest using a cloth dampened with warm water to clean the furniture. Also, we advize ventilating and rotating the mattress on your bed monthly to ensure its hygiene and a longer lifespan.
Can your products be customized upon request?
Since all our products are manufactured in large quantities, we do not offer custom-sizes or special designs. If you have concerns about international mattress sizes, we suggest ordering the perfectly matching ones directly from our website.
Can I get a sample of the wood color?
If you plan on buying Rafa-kids furniture but want to touch the wood and see the colours first, we have fantastic samples for you. We use wood scraps to make beautiful desk stationery and reduce waste. Order wood samples.
What are the weight limits of your beds?
Our beds meet the safety requirements of 120kg. Therefore they will easily support a child and a parent. Our shelves can hold up to 10kg in weight.
Payments
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept credit card payments through PayPal or Stripe. For selected countries, you can choose Klarna online transfers or direct bank transfers.
Are the taxes included in the price of the product?
Orders from EU, Switzerland, and UK: All taxes and duties are included.
All other countries: The tax is not included. The customer is responsible for import duties charged by your country’s customs.
