The desk is beautiful! We have slotted it under our daughter’s Rafa bunk bed in her tiny room – it’s a shame it’s just a tiny bit too wide to open the desk fully underneath there but it’s incredibly useful to have the storage space.

We used to have two different desks in the past but my son grew out of it really soon. I really think when kids grow so fast, design should be smart as you shouldn’t be forced into buying a new desk every now and than.. Well I think this piece will stay here for many years! The size is just perfect for him to play on it, draw, use later for school and even for playdates as two kids can sit here easily.

I finally purchased the K Desk and X Stool in the Whitewash finish, after a few years of contemplating on it!! I’m pleased to say that the high quality and finish on these items really meet expectations, you are getting a quality product for the price paid.
I had concerns over the height of the desk & stool, since it was for my own use (I am a 5’4 adult) and had contacted Rafa-Kids who ensured me the height is suitable for adults too. I’m really glad to confirm that is the case and both the height of the stool and desk are comfortable for me to work on, for both paperwork and laptop. It was fairly straight forward to assemble, please note it definitely requires two people. Both items are sturdy and well made.
I’m so pleased with this purchase – I have the XL shelf on order and am currently waiting for that to be delivered. I’m sure that will more than meet my expectations too!!
