Home sweet Home
It was a bit silent last weeks on the blog. I have to admit that we were hiding in our garden … well, not relaxing, but working hard to make our home ready for a magazine photoshoot. I can’t give you any more details at the moment, but be patient with me!
For the ones who are new here, a few words about our place. Rafa family lives in Rotterdam Noord, it’s a very family friendly neighbourhood, with school for our boys just 5 minutes from our home, swimming pool, tennis courts around the corner. We need only teen minutes biking to the city center which makes this a great spot. Our apartment is compact and not very large which is compensated by a large garden where our kids and their friends like to have fun! We rebuilt the entire place ten years ago, and the interior is kept simple and modern. In our busy working/family live I find it essential to maintain the comfort and simplicity of our home without having to much stuff. If I could, I would have an utterly minimal house ( don’t tell this to my kids!) So far you can see atmosphere we managed to create. We all like this place a lot….
