Shipping
Your furniture ships in one of the three ways:
FedEx shipment – for customers outside the EU. Our beds ship in separate, flat-packed boxes that you can easily move up the stairs if necessary. You can track the shipment online.
White-glove delivery – If you are living in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, France (Paris region), Switzerland or United Kingdom – your furniture will be delivered by a dedicated team to the room of your choice. We will contact you with the proposed date and 2-hour delivery window.
Freight delivery – for other European countries. We pack your product safely on a pallet. We will call you in advance for a delivery appointment. The pallet is delivered to the door of your house or building. The packaging is solely cardboard or recyclable film, so you can easily dispose of it.
Assembly
Rafa-kids furniture has a unique click connector system. The assembly is easy and fun to do with your kids. Our team at the factory installs most of the connectors inside the wooden panels, so-called: pre-assembly. You simply follow our clear manual and click the elements together.

Disassembly is as easy, and thanks to the premium quality of wood, the furniture stays in great shape even after several disassemblies.
