Rafa-kids F bunk bed is now available in a NEW white & black laminated finish.
We’re excited to share with you the first images of the NEW F bunk bed made in a white laminate finish. Do you wonder what the difference is between lacquered or laminated beds?
Visually, the bed is the same as the lacquered one, but the wood ages are visible. This makes the bed even more modern, and the shape is underlined. You can also see the authentic material: the thick 21mm plywood! If we look at the practicality of this finish, the surface is now much more protected, as the Laminate is a stronger surface. This means the bed will stay in good shape even longer for your kids.
What not to like about it?
We leave the edges exposed to show the natural beauty of wood. >
The natural wooden edges stay visible, showcasing the beautiful Finnish birch inside. This way, your white or black laminated bed still has elegantly visible wooden details. Thanks to that, you can match the laminated beds nicely with other Rafa-kids furniture in a natural finish. For even more flexibility.
Under the F bunk bed, you can see beautiful wood panels. >
We didn’t want to cover all the bed elements in a white finish, so we left the panels under the mattress without painting them. The 1st class Birch Plywood, it’s worth showing it off! Right!? Your child can see the natural wood when lying under the bunk bed. It gives a beautiful effect.
We like it a lot!
To protect the edges, we use special hand-applied oil. >
You can’t leave the edges of wood without protection, right? That’s why we use special hand-applied oil to protect the borders, certified for the Safety of Toys. Best of the best!
Bonus, you will love this soft surface for your kid’s feet. The kids mostly climb up, with the bear feet, when going to sleep at night. That’s why we put extra work into smoothing the bed’s edges and applying oil. I hope you can touch it and discover how delicate and pleasurable the edges are. Pure pleasure!

I can imagine that not all of us have the extra room to create a playroom for a child. But if you have a spare room that no one use, I would advise you to turn it into the kids-playroom paradise!
We kept asking ourself and our kids what are the problems a wardrobe needs to solve? How to make it work playfully so a child will be happy to use it? Can we make it lower than the most available wardrobes on the market but still manage to fit a lot of storage?
